Sync of Development and Manufacturing
With fusion of real world and virtual world, development and production processes are overlapped with each other, and this overlapping is even extending from product development and implementation process to service process, which largely shrinks product development cycle and thereby presents a significant competitive advantage.
Our product development team (PDT) will contain supply chain representatives and manufacturing representatives at the beginning of project initiation. They will participate in the whole product development process till batch delivery, ensure accurate material selection and timely testing and verification, and determine supplier service terms and conditions. In addition, the manufacturing representatives will participate in evaluation in stages of product development, and ensure PBC pasting, assembly and testing processes to be implemented in an optimal way, so as to accelerate mass production process, cut down product manufacturing costs and elevate first pass yield of products in batches.

We adheres to and seek constant improvements to product quality. During manufacturing process, to meet the delivery deadline and product quality as required by customer, we apply a strict quality control system covering supplier management, incoming test, production process, reliability test and outgoing test. We provide instant quality monitoring and response to quality records throughout the course of manufacturing, quickly obtain quality state and process traceability, so as to deliver perfect products to the customer’s satisfaction.
REACOMM strives to set up advanced quality management system, apply quality control program containing planning, evaluation, verification and validation, to minimize customer’s quality risk, and develop staff’s quality concept of zero defect with continuous improvements to ensure high-quality products which meet all national and industrial standards, including CE, FCC, BSMI, C-TICK, Kc, CCC and Wi-Fi.
In addition, we strictly comply with environmental regulations, and closely follow the latest rules on environment-friendly products of national environment protection organizations in terms of design, purchase, material, product manufacturing and service, so as to deliver products which are in compliance with both international environmental laws and regulations and customers’ environmental requirements.
